Bring the family out to the ‘county” and choose a fresh cut Christmas tree from our tree lot. Decorate your tree and home with a new Christmas treasure from our gift shop.
Experience the Creekside grounds by sleigh ride from 1pm to 3pm, please bring a ‘Food Bank’ donation.
Beavertails and hot chocolate will be available for purchase from the ‘Beavertails’ food truck from 11am to 2pm.

WORKSHOPS AT CREEKSIDE
Come join us for fun and helpful instruction at your local greenhouse! Our classes are great activities to enjoy with friends, family, coworkers, and our instructors. When you are finished you will have a great gift or arrangement for you own home.

BROKEN POT PLANTER
Turn a broken pot into far more than the sum of its parts! Break one yourself, then put it back together into an alluring mini-gardenscape. Learn which houseplants work best in a broken-pot garden and which will thrive in your lighting. You’ll walk away with a stunning and unique conversation piece for your house. Materials fee will include the pot, soil, plants, and moss or rocks for decorating.
BACKYARD VEGETABLE GARDENING
New to vegetable gardening? Join us for answers to all your questions! You’ll learn which seeds you should plant when, how much you can plant in your space and which fertilizers and pesticides are safe to use on vegetables. We’ll also discuss which vegetables do well in containers and which do not, as well as which seeds need to be planted inside and then transplanted outside, and which can be planted directly into the soil. Start off on the right foot and enjoy the bounty!
BUILD YOUR OWN 12″ HANGING BASKET
Add the perfect touch to your outdoor decor with a hanging basket of your own design. Learn which plants do best in the sun and which love the shade, which thrive in hanging baskets and which prefer to stay in the ground. You’ll go home with a stunning basket customized to your taste and location.

LIVING WALL PLANTER
A living wall is a great way to add life to your home without taking up more shelving space! We will advise you on your choose of succulents, planting and care for very own living wall to take home.
Kokedama is a form a Japanese garden art. In this class you will make a kokedama ball and plant a 4″ houseplant of your choice. This is a great class for adults as well as kids (ages 7+ and must be accompanied by adult).
SUCCULENT PUMPKIN CENTERPIECE
Bring a real uncarved pumpkin of your choice to class and we will help you create a beautiful centerpiece for your Thanksgiving table. Size of pumpkin should be 8-10″ wide. Instruction will also be given on how to maintain and transfer succulents after the holiday. Please bring your own gloves.
SUCCULENT PLANTER WORKSHOP
During this workshop, we will take you through step by step on how to create and care for your very own succulent planter to take home.
