Creekside Home and Garden is a production & retail garden centre, open all year. To ensure the best experience for our customers, we look for team members with customer service skills and a positive attitude. Growing plants provides many unique and exciting challenges. So, if you are eager to learn, willing to follow direction and enjoy working with others, we could have a place for you.


Many positions are seasonal during the busy spring and summer and will require working flexible hours (shifts) including evenings and weekends. Only applicants who are available Saturday AND Sunday will be considered for employment. This does not mean however that successful candidates will be required to work all weekend.


Customer Service, Plant Care/Production, Merchandising

Other jobs include cashier, planting and plant care, pricing and stocking merchandise, cleaning facilities and answering the telephone. We do not separate positions by specific job descriptions. We are looking for well-rounded individuals who find a variety of tasks stimulating.

Retail experience and plant knowledge are beneficial, but not a requirement. Successful applicants will be individuals who are reliable workers (on time), have a positive attitude, are willing to learn and can work well independently or on a team.


We begin accepting applications and resumes from late January to April. This allows us to fill positions for our peak season between April and August.  We also accept applications and resumes year-round for part-time positions leading up to the spring.
